A Southend-based community group for Autistic/PDA/ADHD teens and young adults (aged 13-20 yrs) who are experiencing mental health difficulties.

We meet every Thursday 12-2.30pm in the Friends & Places Together unit on the top floor of Victoria Plaza, Southend, Essex, near the door to Southend Victoria train station.

We have all sorts of activities each week, including an Xbox, pool table, colouring, drawing, games, and more!

We are a very relaxed group focused on being Autistic, PDA, & ADHD friendly, where you are free to just hang out, relax, and be yourself without any anxiety that you will be judged or seen as being 'different'.

The group is run by a PDA autistic with ADHD and our team have a great deal of experience (both personal and professional) and qualifications regarding mental health difficulties and suicide, and we are always available during the club to have a quiet chat with about how you are feeling, your special interest, or anything you like!

If you would like to come along to the group, you are more than welcome to join us, or even just pop in to say 'hello' to see what it is like with no pressure to stay for the whole session if you don't want to.
